By agreeing to these terms, the commissioner verifies that they are at least 18 years of age.

All work will be paid for in full upfront upon the receipt of the invoice. The artist will remind the client once that payment is due. If the payment is not made after the first reminder, the commission will be rejected. Payment must be made within a week of the original invoice.

Commissioners are to give as much detail about the commission as possible. (ie, is there a background, what are the poses, is there dialogue, is there an x-ray shot, are there detailed tattoos, is there SFX, etc.) These details are important to disclose UPFRONT so the final price can be calculated and sent as one invoice. (If applicable.) If you’d like the artist to have free range, please make that clear. I am happy to have a discussion if you aren’t sure what you’d like. **(If I am to be doing a large amount of guess-work or am essentially designing the character for you, that is fine, but the pricing for character design / reference sheets is different to regular commissions.)

All work will be paid for via invoice. DO NOT leave ANY messages when paying for the invoice. (My account can be flagged if the message contains certain language. To avoid this, do not leave any notes or comments on the paid invoice.)

The artist reserves the right to reject any commission. The artist will always list the reason for rejection. (ie; aggressive or rude behavior from clients, artists uncomfortable with particular commission themes, etc).

References are mandatory. Please provide AT LEAST ONE clear reference per character. If a clear reference is not available, a collage of images (or a ‘mood board’) is also acceptable as long as it is accompanied with a detailed written description.

Will not accept *any word doc’s or *google slides as a means to provide IMAGE references. Written descriptions are fine via these formats.

The artist will check in periodically to share updates as progress is made with the commission. In the order of; poses, sketch, linework and final color. (Order may vary depending on commission type.)

Any major changes that need to be made, should be made in the first stages when the pose idea and sketch is provided. Any significant changes need to be made during these stages. The first significant change is free. If there is more than one significant change, the commissioner will be charged a fee up to half the commission price. (ie; a pose is provided, and the commissioner decides they want a different pose entirely. If this happens more than once, a charge will be issued.

Minor changes are no charge. (ie; adding small details, removing small details, moving the position of a limb, color changes, etc.)

Should the client at any point be aggressive, rude or unpleasant in any fashion towards the artist, the commission will be rejected. (regardless of how far along the artist is.) A refund of half the commission price will be issued.

Allow up to 10 weeks for work to be completed in full.

The artist reserves the right to feature work in their portfolio/ on social media platforms. If the client would like their commission to be private or anonymous, please make this clear to the artist.

Commissioned work from @ampsoledadart (Soledad) is prohibited from being used in ANY blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

The client can post their commission so long as credit is given to the artist when doing so. ( ie; if posting to twitter, tag me! )
